For information regarding an item already sent to our service department, please call: 0330 123 0928 (This number is open 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 9am-4:30pm Friday), or track your repair online here. 

We strongly advise against any attempt to carry out your own repairs and we cannot accept liability for any damage caused by repairs or modifications carried out by other parties. However, our spares department are able to supply some easy-to-access cosmetic spares to end users.

If you wish to buy Nikon spare parts please get in touch with our partner Fixation who now supply Nikon spare parts to customers in the UK and Ireland. Please send them an email with your request to nikonspares@fixationuk.com and Fixation will come back to you directly.

Please be aware that this department does not provide sales accessories such as batteries, cables, lens caps, cases etc - these must be obtained via a Nikon dealer.
