I use photography, film, prose and poetry to create long term visual and experiential explorations that engage with traditionally underrepresented communities in particular examining the issues associated with historical inequality, migration, social violence and human resilience. I see my role as part witness and visual historian and part artist/visual poet. My goal is to bring attention to the forces that impact our most vulnerable populations - with a particular focusing on the United States.
